Well, it has to speak to your preferences. I think this review has the top RPG games ever made and you can’t really go wrong with any of them. At the same time, if you want a surefire game – Gloomhaven is your safest bet.

There is many good but expensive games and many more bad games just as expensive. Great work.
I would even like to see a list of bad games you have tried but dont fit your elegant definition of rpg board game or just is boring. It would save my time and money.
